These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bar Scapes website and any services commissioned through it. By using this site you agree to the terms described here. The placeholder content below summarises the intent of the final agreement so the page resolves from launch.

Service scope

Specific work scopes (visit cadence, materials, pricing) are defined in your service agreement. Property access, gate codes, and pet notes provided to us are used only in the course of agreed work.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Visits may be rescheduled with 48-hour notice. Weather and seasonal constraints can shift schedules outside that window — we communicate as soon as we know.

Photography

We may photograph properties for crew records and, with permission, portfolio use. You can opt out at any time.

Liability

Bar Scapes carries general liability and worker's compensation insurance. Specific limits and indemnification language are in your service agreement.
